You can cancel your subscription with Sound and You at any time by contacting our account advisor directly.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION.

To manage the cancellation of your subscription you should send a communication letter to our account advisor detailing the reasons.
Our Sound and You team will analyze your case and a customer satisfaction survey will be sent to you before the cancellation. We recommend starting this process one month in advance because once the cancellation is approved you will be charged a final renewal fee corresponding to the last month of the service, including the delivery of the videos, audios and materials. After this period the service will be canceled in full. 

PAUSED SUBSCRIPTION POLITICS

You can pause your subscription with us and return at any time. To manage this you should send a communication letter to our account advisor detailing the reasons. Our Sound and You team will analyze your case and the pause will be accredited according to the particularity of the case. We recommend you to request a pause one month in advance because when it is approved, the last renewal payment will be debited from your account and the services we give to you will be delivered for one last month.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

For Sound and you, our customers come first. In our work process, several meticulous steps are developed to ensure a high quality service. During these steps you will have constant and direct communication with an Sound and You account advisor about the work being done, who will be there for any of your requirements and will manage them immediately. During this process you will also be given two preliminary drafts of the service, for your approval or changes before the final versión.

Are you not satisfied with your final service? As a satisfaction guarantee, Sound and you offers you two additional changes once the final service is delivered within 30 days after delivery.

CONDITIONS FOR THE CHANGES AND REVISIONS

Our clients have a period of 30 days after the delivery of our final service to request further changes. To access this, you must contact your account advisor directly or to our call customer service, within the mentioned time, and also as long as the product has not been used, not been shared or uploaded to any platform in private or social network ever. After a short satisfaction survey, our team will contact you to resolve the changes.

REFUND POLITICS

Are you not satisfied with the final service we have done for you? No problem. You have 15 days for retract your purchase as long as our service has never been used, shared or uploaded to any private platform or social network. Consult our returns policy with one of our advisors for more information.

The refund must be managed by a communication letter from you to our account advisor within a period of 15 days after the final delivery service. In all cases, the opinion of our customers is important to us, which is why after responding to a simple satisfaction survey we will issue the respective refund. Refunds can only be managed for the last service delivered that has not met the satisfaction guarantee despite the changes made by the team and as long as the product has not been used, that means that it has not been shared nor has it ever been uploaded to any social network.

The online reservation of your first minute made by you on our official website has a refund guarantee, which you can request at any time via email or by contacting our customer service.

Conditions for your reservation refund

The refund of your reservation will be made within 30 days directly to your PayPal account, you must request it by contacting to our customer service, writing to the following email.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a credit to your PayPal account with the amount of your first minute reservation without the operating expenses. Approximately 75% of the value of your reservation will be credited.

Refund of your return

Sound and you invites all its customers to consider that all our products are unique and personalized, and unfortunately it is the reason why when making a refund we cannot give the full amount. 50% of operating service expenses will be subtracted from your payment and your refund will be credited to your PayPal account. Conditions for refunding your return.

After completing your application and return process, Sound and you offers you a refund of your money. To access to your refund, keep in mind that you must have completed the return process and registered your PayPal account with the help of your account advisor.
